1、西南林学院硕士学位论文膏桐快繁技术研究姓名:唐军荣申请学位级别:硕士专业:森林培育指导教师:马焕成200805011・不定芽诱导及快繁途径,采川健壮的膏桐种子作为初始外植体,洒精消毒30s,升汞7min,有效外植体数达100%,然后取种胚在MS培养基上获得无菌苗,一个星期后取无菌苗的叶片和茎段,接种于MS+6-BAO.5mg/L+KTO.5mg/L+NAA枭基¥金?通人缶严夢5d后便可产生不定芽,最后将不定芽切割,转接到MS+6—BAO.5mg/L+KTO.5mg/L+NAAO.02mg/L的培养基上进行增殖,其有效增殖率可以达到3.8倍,最后在MS+NAAO.2mg/L+1
2、59/L蔗糖+29/L碳粉的生根培帝基上诱导生2•腋芽诱导及快繁途径,采取当年生未木质化的嫩枝,酒精30S,升汞消毒1imin,然+,s,s后M有效外植体数可达70%,在MS+6-BA1.Omg/L+NAAO.lmg/L诱导出腋芽6-BA1.0mg/L+NAhO.02mg/L上进行增殖培养,其平均增殖倍数3・2后存NAAO.2+159/L蔗糖+29/L碳粉的生根培养基上诱导生欝于生根苗在自然光照条件下过渡7d,洗净培养基后,川低浓度的多菌灵浸泡2min,栽种于消过毒的河沙基质屮,塑料棚保湿,每隔3-5d,川多菌灵喷洒一次,并浇灌1/2MS溶液,10d后可逐渐移除塑料膜,30d
