2、必须解决好如保障性住房融资模式单一、手续繁兀、担保机制不完善等问题。我国可以探讨实施保障性住房新的融资模式：组建保障性住房投融资公司，实行综合专业管理；培育多元化的融资主体，多样性的融资方式;扩大信托基金(REITs)支持的保障性住房类型。融资负担必须得到缓解。保障性住房的新融资渠道已在2011年推出，但步伐仍然缓慢。如要达到全年预算目标，保险资金、住房公积金、保障房融资平台和政府渠道的投入必须大幅增加。关键词：保障性住房；融资模式；现状和问题；因地制宜AbstractHousingsecurityissuesisanimportan
