1、56例持续性植物状态临床治疗体会马东周翟风利祁振东王红斌李和平［摘要］目的总结持续性植物状态(PVS)临床治疗体会。方法回顾性分析1988年10月至2001年3刀间所收治的56例PVS病例资料。结果56例经综合治疗，结果于发病后：3个月内清醒15例(26.8%),死亡3例(5.4%)；3—6个月内清醒9例(16.1%),死亡3例(5.4%)；6—9个月内清醒3例(5.4%),死亡8例(14.3%)；9-12个月内清醒2例(3.6%),死亡6例(10.7%)；仍处于植物状态7例(12.5%)o一年内，总意识转清醒29例(51
2、.8%),其中痊愈7例(12.5%),轻残9例((16.1%),重残13例(23.2%)；死亡20例(35.7%),仍处于植物状态7例(12.5%)o结论PVS前期及时、冇效地外科处理是PVS取得较好疗效的基础，高压氧、激光血管内治疗、血磁疗法、针灸、按摩、音乐疗法、电视疗法、亲情疗法等所组成的综合疗法是治疗PVS行之有效的方法，并发症的防治是PVS治疗成功的关键。［关键词］持续件植物状态治疗预后Thetreatmentof56caseswithpersistentvegetativestateMaDongzhou,Zha

7、ryimportant.[Keywords]PersistentvegetativestateTreatmentOutcome持续性植物状态(Persistentvegetativestate,PVS)是一种特殊类型的意识障碍，其特征为貌似清醒，无意识地睁眼活动，有睡眠-觉醒周期，持续时间一周以上PVS目前诃无特效疗法，预后较差，甚至国外在讨论PVS是否可实施安乐死问题。1988年10月至2001年3月我们共治疗PVS56例，取得了较好的疗效，现报告如下：1临床资料1・1一般资料56例PVS中，男性45例，女性11例。年龄
8、在12—67岁之间，平均37.3岁。颅脑外伤35例(62.5%),高血压脑出血18例(32.1%),蛛网膜下腔出血1例(1.8%),脑肿瘤1例(1.8%),脑梗塞1例仃.8%)o入院时GCS评分3-5分45例，6-8分11例。1.2诊断标准56例均符合如H1996年4月南京会议制定的PVS临床诊断标准S
