1、摘要随着汽车行业的快速发展，自然而然地带动了二手车行业的发展，二手车行业也日益成熟，它不仅在汽车产业份额中占据着越来越大的比重，也在整个汽车流通产业中有着举足轻重的作用。对普通百姓而言，汽车作为相对昂贵的商品，即便随着使用年份的增加导致残值的减小，其自身依然存在相应价值，不可能随便丢弃，这个特点决定了汽车产业的流通需要强大的二手车产业支撑；同时，就我们国家当前国情而言，汽车还属于奢侈品，因为二手车性价比高的特点，国内市场需求还是相当庞大的。然而，国内二手车产业依然是一个雏生产业，离成熟还有一大段距离，其中存在各种不规范，涉足二手车行业，
2、首先还是先深入了解关于二手车的基本要素，追求更高的发展，就需要参照国外成功案例以及结合当前我国国情探讨更合适的经营模式。本文首先介绍了国内汽车产业的概况，包括了当前新车市场以及二手车的现状，读者可轻松了解当前我国汽车产业的形势；然后是叙述了关于二手车交易的相关范畴以及注意事项，为后面读者对二手车行业的进一步了解作铺垫；再是分别介绍了汽车产业发达国家以及我国二手车行业的现状，结合当前我国国情，分析研究更加适合我国的二手车商业模式。关键词：汽车产业；二手车；商业模式AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentoftheau
