1、新生儿肺炎362例临床X线分析新生儿肺炎362例临床X线分析[摘要]目的分析新生儿肺炎的临床特征与X线表现,提高新生儿肺炎的诊断率。方法对我院2002年1月〜2009年12月362例新生儿肺炎的临床资料及X线资料进行回顾性分析。结果362例中,271例临床症状及肺部体征与X线表现相符,占74.9%;X线表现为肺纹理增多和(或)肺门影模糊(192例、53.0%),双肺多发点状及小片状阴影(89例、24.6%),单发或者多发的斑片状阴影(52例、14.4%),全叶性或节段性肺实质浸润阴影(19例、5.2%),间质条
2、纹状阴影(33例、9.1%),支气管气象(48例、13.3%),急性肺膨胀征(21例、5.8%),心后影征(17例、4.7%)上纵隔心缘、横膈模糊征(22例、6.1%)局限性肺气肿(18例、5.0%)并发叶间胸膜反应(6例、1.7%),气胸(10例、2.8%),肺不张(13例、3.6%).肺出血及心力衰竭(13例、3.6%)。结论新生儿肺炎临床表现,X线表现多样,胸部拍片是诊断新生儿肺炎必不可少的手段,应密切结合临床特征,注重胸片拍片读片的质量,提高新生儿肺炎的诊断率。[关键词]新生儿;肺炎;X线[中图分类号]
