1、彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变研究【摘要】目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的价值。方法选取我院自2007年3月至2009年3月诊断为糖尿病下肢血管病变的患者20例,其中男12例,女8例,年龄55〜75岁,平均年龄60.3岁,I型糖尿病3例,II型糖尿病17例,均有双下肢麻木,凉感,休息痛,间歇性跛行,肢端坏疽等症状,双下肢血管病变的严重程度大致相似,再选取正常的老年人20例作为对照组,男12例,女8例,年龄55〜75岁,平均61.8岁。两组研究者,其中一组被称为健康对照组,另一组被称为研究组,对其进行彩色多普勒超声诊断。结果研究组中有斑
2、块的有17例,占85%,狭窄的有5例,占25%,闭塞的有4例,占20%,而研究组中有斑块的有5例,占25%,狭窄的有1例,占5%,闭塞的有0例,进行图例比较,进行对比研究组患者的的血管内径狭窄,血流量少,频谱宽度较宽,健康对照组的患者的血管内径明显比较宽,血流量明显,频谱宽度变窄,说明相比差异有统计学意义。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断无临床症状糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的早期诊断、预防、治疗有重要的临床指导意义。❷【关键词】彩色多普勒超芮;糖尿病;下肢血管病变[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethecolorDopplerultrasound
