1、METHOD8070ANITROSAMINESBYGASCHROMATOGRAPHY1.0SCOPEANDAPPLICATION1.1Method8070isagaschromatographic(GC)methodapplicabletothedeterminationofnitrosamineinaqueousmatricessuchasgroundwaterandmunicipalandindustrialdischarges.Itisalsoapplicabletosolidmatricessuchassoils,sediments,andsl

5、ondaryconfirmationcanbeperformedusingadissimilarGCcolumn,specificelementdetector,ormassspectrometer(MS).1.4Thetoxicityorcarcinogenicityofeachreagentusedinthismethodhasnotbeenpreciselydefined.However,eachchemicalcompoundshouldbetreatedasapotentialhealthhazard.Fromthisviewpoint,ex
