2、dbyanalystswhoareformallytrainedinatleastthebasicprinciplesofchemicalanalysisandintheuseofthesubjecttechnology.Inaddition,SW-846methods,withtheexceptionofrequiredmethodusefortheanalysisofmethod-definedparameters,areintendedtobeguidancemethodswhichcontaingeneralinformationonhowtoperfor
3、mananalyticalprocedureortechniquewhichalaboratorycanuseasabasicstartingpointforgeneratingitsowndetailedStandardOperatingProcedure(SOP),eitherforitsowngeneraluseorforaspecificprojectapplication.Theperformancedataincludedinthismethodareforguidancepurposesonly,andarenotintendedtobeandmus
4、tnotbeusedasabsoluteQCacceptancecriteriaforpurposesoflaboratoryaccreditation.1.0SCOPEANDAPPLICATION1.1Thismethoduseshighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)coupledwithelectrosprayionization(ESI)massspectrometry(MS)ortandemmassspectrometry(MS/MS)forthedeterminationofperchlorateinsurfa
