1、咸宁市疾控机构人力资源现况分析及对策***咸宁市疾病预防控制中心,湖北,咸宁437100摘要:目的通过分析2013年咸宁市疾病预防控制机构人力资源现况,发现其存在的问题并提出对策,为合理构建疾控机构专业队伍提供依据。方法对咸宁市疾病预防控制中心人力情况调查资料进行整理,采用Excel录入并分析。结果2013年,咸宁市疾病预防控制机构共有600人,241人"•常住人口,人员年龄构成以35_44岁组、45-49岁组为主,分别为39.6乃和3%以中专学历人员最多,占46.3%工作年限以2(M0年为主,占31.1%职业资质范围以执业医师为主,
2、占36.1%人员主要执业范围构成中信息情报人员构成比较低为0.47%计划免疫构成比也较低为7.02%预防医学门诊构成比较高为20.3%高、中、初级人员比例为1:5.7:27O结论咸宁市疾病预防控制机构人力资源配•置不尽合理,高级技术职称人员和从事慢性病防治专业人员不足。今后应依靠政府扶持,引进高学历人才,合理调整各专业人员结构,促进各专业人员综合综合素质发展,提高全市疾病预防控制能力。关键词:疾病预防控制机构;人力资源;现况分析AnalysisandCountermeasuresofhumanresourcesinInstitutio
