4、ted:AbstractAIM：ToinvestigatetheetiologyandclinicalcharacteristicoflivercirrhosisintheNortheastofChina.METHODS：Weretrospectivelyanalyzed178casesdiagnosedaslivercirrhosis,whichwereadmittedintheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofChinaMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2007toOctober2007.Amongthem126
5、weremaleand52werefemale(themale/femaleratiowas2.42:1);theagerangedfrom19to83yearsold(average55.93±12.80years).RESULTS：61cases(34.3%)hadsimplehepatitisBvirusinfection,11cases(6.2%)hadsimplehepatitisCvirusinfection,and3patients(1.7%)hadoverlappinginfectionwithhepatitisBandC;39cases
6、(21.9%)hadsimplealcoholiccirrhosis;27(15.2%)caseshadco-injurywhichcausedbyalcoholandhepatitisvirus,amongthemtherewere23(12.9%)caseswerecausedbyalcoholandhepatitisBvirusinfection,and4(2.3%)caseswerecomplicatedwithhepatitisCvirusinfection;andtherestincludedprimarybiliarycirrhosiswi
7、th8cases(4.5%)andcryptogeniccirrhosiswith29cases(16.3%)・Abdominaldistention,ascitesandsplenomegalywerecommonlyappearedinviralinfectionorheavydrinker,butastheniaandjaundicehadhighertendencyinalcohol-relatedpatient,especiallythespidertelangiectasiaofdistalforearmhadmorespecificityf
