1、丹参粉针联合普康些治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察【关键词】丹参粉针；普康喜；糖尿病肾病；尿白蛋白排泄率【摘要】H的观察丹参粉针联合普康喜(前列腺素E1)治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法72例糖尿病患者随机分为2组，丹参粉针联合普康喜治疗组40例，早期糖尿病肾病(IDN)19例、临床期糖尿病肾病(CDN)21例。对照组32例，早期糖尿病肾病(IDN)15例、临床期糖尿病肾病(CDN)17例。测定2组24h尿蛋白排泄率(24hUAER)、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN),并进行了比较。结果治疗组IDN患者24hUAER较治疗前明显下降(PC0.01)；

2、CDN患者24hUAER较治疗前有下降(PV0.05)。丹参粉针联合普康喜治疗后DN患者血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、尿素氮均较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后有明显下降(PV0.01)；总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)亦较治疗前有所F降,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参粉针联合普康喜能减少尿白蛋白的排除,且能降低血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、丿求索氮，对肾功能令一定的保护作川，并能延缓病情发展，疗效确切而安全。【关键词】丹参粉针；普康喜；糖尿病肾病；尿白蛋白排泄率【Abstract]ObjectiveTostudytheclinicaleffectofcombinationSmandalprost
