3、ringthelaterstagesofthedevelopmentofthisEuropeanStandard,changeswereincorporatedwhichwerethesubjectofobjectionbytheUK.AsaconsequencetheUKvotedagainstapprovalasaEuropeanStandard.ThereasonforthisobjectionisthatduringdiscussionofthisstandardbyBSICommitteePH/3/7,whichmirrorstheworkofCENCommittee,TC162

4、/WG7,severalUKexpertsexpressedtheopinionthatanumberofthechangesmaydiscriminateagainstarangeofmaterialscurrentlyinuseresultinginseriousimplicationsformanufacturersofgarmentstothisstandard.TheUKparticipationinitspreparationwasentrustedbyTechnicalCommitteePH/3,Protectiveclothing,toSubcommitteePH/3/7,
