1、头体针结合治疗中风后吞咽障碍60例临床观察研究周震，张玉莲，袁河，郭家奎(天津中医药人学第二附属医院)摘要：［目的］通过吞咽功能评价最表及相关营养指标研究头体针结合治疗屮风后吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效。［方法］将符介纳入标准的60例患者随机分为针刺组与康复组。其中针刺组30例，采用头体针结合治疗；康复组30例，采用现代康复治疗。每名患者治疗前后均采用洼田饮水试验、BI指数及营养学指标(MNA、MAMC、TSF)进行临床评估，以比较两组临床疗效。［结果］(1)头体针结介治疗2周后有效率达56.7%,治疗

2、3月后育效率达83.3%,明显高于康复治疗(PC0.05)；(2)洼□□饮水试验分级显示，两种治疗方法均能明显提高患者的饮水试验等级(P<0.05)，且治疗3月后效果更明显(P<0.05),同时治疗3月后针刺组疗效明显髙于康复组(PV0.05)；(3)BI指数显示，治疗后3个月针刺组明显髙于康复组(PV0.05)；(4)营养学指标(MNA、MAMC、TSF)显示，治疗三月后针刺组与康复组均有改善趋势，但二者间无明显差界。［结论］头体针结合治疗可明显减轻中风后吞咽障碍，具有较好的临床疗效，适于广泛应
