1、切挂对口橡皮引流术治疗30例高位马蹄型肚痿临床观察【摘要】廿的：探讨切挂对口橡皮引流术治疗高位马蹄型)1「•痿的手术效果。方法：60例高位马蹄型肛痿患者随机分为2组，观察组30例采用切挂对口橡皮引流术治疗，对照组30例采用多切口引流术治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果：观察组痊愈28例(93.33%),未愈2例(6.67%),随访2年无复发,术后瘢痕残留1例(3.33%),平均疗程(21.42±2.34)d；对照组痊愈22例(73.33%),未愈8例(26.67%),随访2年复发4例(13.33%),术后瘢痕残留8例(26.67%),平均疗程(28.73±2.49)d-观察组治愈率明
