2、erpartyunderwhichtheshipownerprovidesthechartererwithanunmannedshipwhichthecharterershallpossess,employandoperatewithinanagreedperiodandforwhichthecharterershallpaytheshipownerthehire.1.2MainContentsAbareboatcharterpartymainlycontainsthenameoftheshipownerandthenameofthec

3、harter;thename,nationality,class,tonnageandcapacityoftheship;thetradingarea,theemploymentoftheshipandthecharterperiod;thetime,placeandconditionofdeliveryandredelivery;thesurvey,maintenanceandrepairoftheship;thehireanditspayment;theinsuranceoftheship;thetimeandconditionfo

4、rtheterminationofthecharterandotherrelevantmatters.1.3DeliveryandRedeliveryTheshipownershalldelivertheshipanditscertificatestothechartererattheportorplaceandtimeasstipulatedinthecharterparty.Atthetimeofdelivery,theshipownershallexerciseduediligencetomaketheshipseaworthy.

5、Theshipdeliveredshallbefitfortheagreedservice.Wheretheshipowneractsagainsttheprovisionsoftheprecedingparagraph,thecharterershallbeentitledtocancelthecharterandclaimanylossesresultingtherefrom.Whenthecharterredeliverstheshiptotheshipowner,theshipshallbeinthesamegoodordera

6、ndconditionasitwasatthetimeofdelivery,fairwearandtearexcepted.Where,uponredelivery,theshipfailstoremaininthesamegoodorderandconditionasitwasatthetimeofdelivery,thechartershallberesponsibleforrehabilitationorforcompensation.1.4Charterer’sObligationThecharterershallberespo

7、nsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheshipduringthebareboatcharterperiod.Thecharterershallguaranteethattheshipshallbeemployedtocarrythelawfulmerchandiseagreed.Thecharterershallguaranteethattheshipshallbeemployedintheagreedmaritimetransportbetweenthesafeportsorplaceswithin
