1、江西工业企业技术创新效率评价与提升对策摘要：伴随着当代技术的飞速发展，我们国家正大力提倡企业通过创新求发展，通过创新提高经济效益。企业想要在澈烈的市场竞争中获得生存和发展，就必须不断地创新，使其具有独特的竞争优势。因此技术创新是企业生存和发展的内在要求，是市场竞争的客观需要，也是技术进步的必然选择。客观、科学、有效地评价企业的技术创新，有利于企业进一步认识技术创新的状况，科学的定位自身的技术创新状态，从而采取有效地技术创新策略，也有利于企业管理者提出加速技术创新的对策，保持和提高企业竞争优势，以获得最佳的经济效益

2、和社会效益。随着经济全球化进程的加快，江西省工业企业在技术创新也面临着更多的风险，要提高竞争力就要提高企业的技术创新能力，进一步提高企业技术创新的绩效。本文通过对企业技术创新评估的指标体系和方法进行归纳整理，进而对每一类方法进行比较，为了增强江西省工业企业对自身的技术创新绩效评价的可操作性和简便性，同时又使评价结果具有较强的客观性，针对企业技术创新绩效评价问题选出了最适合的评估方法一数据包络分析法（DEA）,并提出了提高我省企业技术创新绩效的建议，以期对提高江西省工业企业技术创新评估的水平有所裨益，进而使江西省工
