1、摘要随着计算机和网络技术的普及，发展现代远程教育的基础得到了巩固和加强。特别是在国家大力扶持和社会需求量巨人的有利条件下，得到了空前的发展和繁荣，在教育领域的地位口益突出。发展现代远程教育，建立远程教育体系对我国建立学习型社会和终身教育体系具有重要的战略意义。然而随着远程教育的发展，岀现和存在了一系列的问题，如超规模办学，支持服务体系滞后不能满足远程教育发展等。解决好这些问题，为我国远程教育正常发展保驾护航成为学术界和教育界的研究热点。本文正是在当前现代远程教育迅速发展和普及的大背景下，通过对文献的调研，并利用相关的研究方法，分析了我国远程教育发展的现状，探讨了我国远程教育的人才培养

2、模式，对其发展过程中岀现和存在的问题进行了剖析，并针对相应的问题提出了一系列解决办法，并从构建远程教育大系统和完善体系建设的角度提出了一些合理化的建议，希望对我国远程教育的进一步发展提供参考和借鉴。本文主要分为五个部分：第一部分主要对研究的背景、目的、意义以及国内外研究现状进行了综述，并给出了本文的主要研究方法；第二部分对有相关概念进行了界定和阐述；第三部分对我国远程教育发展现状和人才培养模式进行了分析；第四部分在第三部分分析的基础上，剖析了我国远程教育发展过程中出现和存在的问题；第五部分针对问题给出了相应的解决办法，并从构建远程教育体系的角度给出了一些合理化建议。关键词远程教育；终
