3、urnovereffectively.Inthispaper,theauthorstartsfromthetheorytolisttheconcept,factorsandmainmodelsofemployeeturnover.Secondly,theauthoranalyzestheopportunities,thethreats,theadvantagesandtheweaknessfacingZhongdaHotel,andalsoillustratesthepresentsituationandthenegativeeffectoftheexcessive
4、employeeturnover.Tofindoutthereasonsoftheproblem,theauthorinterviewssomepersonswholeftfromtheZhongdaHotel,andalsomakessurveysonthejobsatisfactionandthepost-decisionaccommodationbyquestionnairestocollectdata.Thentheauthoranalyzesthedatabythemethodsofstatisticalanalysis,andpointoutthedir
