1、山西财经大学硕士学位论文义务教育阶段山西农村教师流动研究姓名:刘力中请学位级别:硕士专业:教育经济与管理指导教师:梅莉2011-03-07摘要随着城乡二元化格局的形成,教师流动的特点更加突出,较多的呈现为单向、不合理、无序地流动,集中体现为农村教师资源向城区流动,这种流动使得教育资源配置出现两极化,优质资源集中于优质学校,农村教育愈加贫乏,使得本就尖锐的城乡教育公平问题越发突出。合理的教师流动可以有效地保证各种教育资源得到合理的配置和恰当的利用,可以促进教育思想、教学理念的碰撞与交流,激发一个学校师资队伍
2、的活力和创造力,促进义务教育质量的提升。本文通过阅读大量相关资料,从实际出发的原则,以山西晋南、晋中、晋北三个地区为样本,对农村教师流动进行调研,主要以已流动教师为问卷发放对象,共发放问卷240份,回收200份,回收率为83.33%回收的问卷中剔除有缺项的问卷后得到有效问卷179份。通过对调查问卷结果进行统计分析,以及各地区教育部门的统计资料,可以看出目前义务教育阶段山西农村教师流动仍然以自然流动、单向流动为主,是一种不合理的流动,并对影响教师流动的成因进行分析。针对教师不合理流动带来的影响,本文通过从宏
