1、鲁电集团组织结构优化研究摘要经济全球化和一体化以來，中国企业在政府的支持和市场经济的洗礼中得到了长足的发展，企业规模的不断扩张和企业业务范围的不断扩大，给企业带来更多经济效益的同吋，暴露出来的是企业组织结构不能更好的适应企业发展的问题。企业组织结构作为金业内部支撑企业的主体框架和潜在动力，对企业的正常运行和发展壮大都起着重要的作用。现阶段，部分企业的组织结构不仅不能推动企业的进步，甚至在一定程度上阻碍了企业长期发展战略的实施。木文在众多屮小企业中，选取了鲁电集团有限公司作为代表，从组织机构和组织制度两个方面对其组织结构优化进行了研

2、究。首先，通过收集和阅读大量国内外相关文献资料，为本文的组织结构优化研究奠定理论基础。然后，结合爛理论，通过发放调查问卷对鲁电集团组织结构现状进行了分析、判定，并找到了鲁电集团组织结构现存问题。其次，在分析对组织结构效率影响因素的基础上，提出了鲁电集团组织结构优化设计的耗散结构模型，并从组织机构和组织制度两个方面制定了具体的鲁电集因组织结构优化设计方案。最后，提出了鲁电集团组织结构优化设计方案实施的保障措施，以保障方案的顺利实施。本文的研究不仅对鲁电集团组织结构优化提供了具体的方案，同吋为我国集团企业组织结构设计、优化提供了建议。
