1、摘要高校学生干部在高校管理中起着不容忽视的重要作用；然而，当前学生干部中亦出现了一些可以“腐败”称之的不当行为。特别是当以微观政治的视角将高校看作一个微观的“社会一政治”系统时，高校学牛干部的“不当权力运作”就更可称之为“腐败”。“千里之堤溃于蚁穴”；鉴于“反腐”对于中国社会的特殊意义，这一看似微小的“腐败”现象亦不容忽视。本文从实证研究入手，首先，通过问卷调查廓清了“高校学生干部”、“高校学生干部的腐败”等概念以及高校学生干部腐败的主要表现形式。调查显示，高校学生干部腐败主要表现为：利用干部身份不公正地参与评优评先、欺上瞒下、任人唯亲等。其次，通过调查，本研究发现导致
2、高校学生干部腐败的原因主要包括学生干部自身原因、制度层面的原因、社会文化层面的原因等。再次，本研究运用资料分析法和非结构性访谈法对高校学生干部腐败的危害进行了探索，主要包括对学生干部自身的危害、对普通学生的危害、对学生组织的危害、对学校正常运作的危害等。最后，笔者结合上文关于学生干部腐败原因的分析以及问卷调查的结果，提出了治理高校学生干部腐败的策略。主要包括严格学生干部的产生机制、制定有效的监督考核制度、建立有效的学生干部管理制度、加强廉洁教育等。关键词：高校学牛干部；腐败；微观政治ABSTRACTCollegeStudentCadresplayanimportantr
