1、AbstractHongKongisanimportanthubofcultureandartintoday'sworld,itisalsooneofthemostdynamicculturalmetropolisesinAsia.Intermsofitsmanagementsystemofartsgroups,furtherinvestigationsareworthconducting.InHK,therearedifferentmanagementandoperationwayscorrespondingtovarioustypesofart
2、sgroups.Uptonow,themanagementsystemofHKartsgroupshasbeengraduallymaturethroughthemultipleeffortsofHKgovernment,non-governmentorganizations,enterprisesandartsgroupsthemselves.Thisarticlefirstmakesliteraturereviewondomesticandforeignresearchliteratureaboutartsgroups.Andthen,itin
3、troducestheresearchsignificance,researchmethodsandthemaininnovationpointsofthispape匚Secondly,itintroducesthegeneraldevelopmentsituationofHKartsgroups,andfocusonthecharacteristicsofthemanagementsystemofdifferenttypesofHKartsgroups.BasedonanalyzingtheadvantagesofHKartsgroups1wel
4、l-classifiedmanagementsystem,thisarticlecontractsthemanagementsystemsbetweenHKandinlandartsgroups,revealingthedeficiencyofinlandartsgroups1managementsystemandpointingoutthenecessityofitsrevolution.Atlast,thisarticleconcludestheadvantagesofHKmanagementsystemofartsgroups,indicat
5、ingthattheseexperiencecaneffectivelyfacilitatethemanagementofinlandartsgroups.SoinlandartsgroupscouldlearnfromHK'sexamplefromthefollowingthreeaspects:Frommacroscopicallevel,weshouldrationalizethesystem,conductclassificationmanagementandproviderguaranteeforit.Frommiddlelevel,co
