1、低温免清洗卷專中溶剂的优院_系:理学院冶金系专业:冶金工程年级:学生姓名:学号:导师及职称:20XX年4月摘要本文研究的助焊剂是一种低松香的助焊剂,也称免清洗助焊剂。根据免清洗型助焊剂中溶剂的作用和特点,确定好助焊剂中溶剂的种类,并在低温178°C的条件下做单一溶剂实验和正交试验。实验过程中以Sn-Bi无铅焊膏的铺展性能作为评价指标,通过焊接实验,对溶剂进行优化研究。溶剂的选择对助焊剂的性能至关重要,不仅要保证能够溶解有机酸,同时还要对焊接面有很好的保护作用。实验根据沸点、粘度、焊接温度和含有极性基团等因索初选出四种符合条件的溶剂,所选出的溶剂由三种醇(四氢糠醇
2、、异戊醇、乙二醇)和单一瞇(乙二醇丁瞇)组成。首先对单一溶剂进行焊接实验,接着分别做四因素三水平和三因素二水平复配溶剂的正交实验,再分别计算出其铺展率并绘出单一曲线图和复配曲线图。结果表明:单一溶剂实验时,界戊醇配制出来的焊膏铺展率是最高的,可达75.58%,,而四因素三水平的正交实验时,当(四氢糠醇:异戊醇:乙二醇:乙二醇丁储)为2:3:1:2时得到的焊膏性能最优,焊膏铺展率高达81.82%,在三因素二水平的正交实验吋,当(四氢糠醇:异戊醇:乙二醇丁储)为2:1:2吋得到的焊膏性能最佳,其铺展率达到83.18%。关键词:溶剂;低温;优化研究;免清洗ABSTRA
