4、lbladdercarcinoma.Methods：TheexpressionRKIPin50casesofprimarygallbladdercarcinoma,38casesofchroniccholecystitiswasdeterminedbystreptavidinperoxidaseimmunohistochemicalmethod.Results:ThepositiveexpressionratesofRKIPingallbladdercarcinomawassignificantlyhigherthanthatinchroniccholecystitis,and
5、theirdifferencehadstatisticalsignificance(P<0.01).Ingallbladdercarcinoma,theexpressionofRKIPhadnocorrelationwiththeage,gender,histologictypeandgallbladderstone(P>0.05),butoverexpressionofRKIPcorrelatedsignificantlywithlowerhistologicalgradingandlymphnodeordistantmetastasisaswellaslessersurvi
6、valtimeafteroperation(P<0.05).Conclusions：Up-regulationofRKIPindevelopmentofgallbladdercarcinoma.RKIPmayplayanimportantroleintumorprogressioninhumangallbladdercarcinoma.Keywords：]gallbladdercarcinoma；RKIP；immunohistochemistry摘要目的：探讨胆囊癌中Raf激卿抑制蛋白(RKIP)的表达状况及其与胆囊癌临床病理指标和预后的可能关系。方法：采用免疫纽化Elivis
7、ionPlus法，对50例原发性胆囊癌38例慢性胆囊炎纽.织中RKIP表达进行检测。结果：在服囊癌组织中表达的阳性率明显高于慢性胆囊炎组织，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)oRKIP表达水平与胆囊癌患者年龄、性别、组织学类型及是否伴有结石等因素均无明显关系(P>0.05),但RKIP高表达与胆囊癌的低分级、淋巴结或远处转移以及术后生存时间减少有明显关系(P<0.05)o结论：RKIP在胆囊癌屮高表达。RKIP对胆囊癌的发生、发展起重要作用。关键词：胆囊肿瘤;RKIP；免疫组织化学［中国图书资
