1、Y87750a浙江犬学2006嶼士研究生毕业论文豪性肾癌的诊断与治疗（附5例报告）浙江大学医学院法廉外科学硕士研克生郑毂**朋沈厲俊救授摘要囊性肾癌虽然临床发病率不高，但因其临床农现往往与肾鬓性病变类似，因而关于真性肾癌的诊断和鉴别诊断具有相当重要的临床价值。关于囊性肾痊的治疗方法目前也存在较多争议G研究囊性肾癌的临床表现.彩像学特点以及治疗方法对于临床工作只冇指导意义。本文回顾性研究了5例曩性肾癌，就它们的临床表现、•彫像学特点以及治疗方法和预后进行分析，以提高肘夷性肾捲的认识，目的：提高对囊性肾癌的诊断和治疗的认识。方法：对1996年3月至2005年2月间我院收治的

2、5例病理确诊的曩性肾癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析，研究其临床.影像学和描理学特征以及手术方式和预苗情况.术时诊断为单纯性肾粪肿2例，复杂性肾囊肿2例，外伤后讓腹部肿块1例，术中均证实为曩性肾癌。5例均行根治性肾切除术。结果：术后病理检查均为肾脏透明纯脸癌，其中多房性曩性肾俺2例，肾癌囊性坏死1例，单纯性龚肿恶变2例。术后4例获得随访,随访时间7个月〜8年，平均3.5年，均未见肿瘤复发或转移。结论：囊性肾癌是肾憊的一种特殊形态类型，影像学检査特别是CT可提高术前诊断的准确率；根治性肾切除术是最有效的手术治疔方法：早期曩性肾癌较其他类型肾癌的预后较好.〔关键词1肾肿瘤；癌；囊
