2、后对担保机构风险的成因、风险的种类、担保风险预警、风险防范与控制策略进行了分析。本文以合肥市创信信用担保有限公司为研究对象，以实际调查为基础，采用理论与实践相结合、定性与定量相结合，分析与案例相结合的方式，提出两种风险防范和控制的方法：担保项口风险分类法和代偿项口责任追究法，并总结了合肥市创信信用担保有限公司风险防范和控制的对策。最后，通过四个案例分析，对担保机构风险防范与控制的手段和方法进行了有益的探索。关键词：担保机构；信用风险；防范与控制ResearchonRiskPreventionandControlofHeFeiInnovationCreditGuarant
