2、carbonemissionsofChinaaremoreandmoresignificant.Usingtherecentavailableinput-outputtablesofChinaandenergyconsumptiondata,thisstudyestimatedtheeffectsofChineseforeigntradeoncarbonemissionsandthechangesoftheeffectsbyanalyzingtheemissionsembodiedintradebetween2002and2007.Theresults
3、showedamoreandmoresignificantexportingbehaviorofembodiedcarbonemissionsinChineseinternationaltrade・From2002to2007,theproportionofnetexportedemissionsanddomesticexportedemissionsindomesticemissionsincreasedfrom18.32%to29.79%andfrom23.97%to34.76%,respectively.Inaddition,about22.10
4、%and32.29%ofthetotalimportedemissionsweregeneratedinprocessingtradein2002and2007,respectively,whichwereimportedandlaterexportedemissions.Although,mostofthesectorsshowedagrowthtrendinimportedandexportedemissions,sectorsofelectricalmachineryandcommunicationelectronicequipment,chem
5、icalindustry,andtextilewerestillthebiggestemissionexporters,thenetexportedemissionsofwhichwerealsothelargest.ForChinaandotherdevelopingcountries,technologyimprovementmaybethemostfavorableandacceptablewaystoreducecarbonemissionsatpresentstage・Inthefuturenegotiationsonemissionsred
