1、论名人广告的道德责任摘要随着社会经济的不断发展,现在社会的各个空间无不弥漫着广告的气息,广告已经成为社会的必需品,也是现代社会的重要标志之一。名人以其口身所具备的商业价值成为广告商的杀手铜,各类名人广告H不暇接。不可否认,名人广告对于促进需求,引导消费,活跃市场经济口然是功不可没。但是,由于市场经济的利益驱动,以促销为直接H的的名人广告,因为其片面的强调消费和物欲享受,而对社会产生了不良的影响。由此带來的名人代言广告所引发的纠纷、问题也层出不穷。本文分析了名人在广告中存在的道德问题及其原因,笔者认为,名人在广告活动中应遵
2、循诚实信用原则、公平原则及健康向上原则。以三个伦理原则为标准分析了名人在广告活动中道德缺失的表现,即代言虚假广告、代言活动中权利与义务失衡及代言庸俗低劣广告。针对名人在广告活动屮出现的道德问题,本文认为名人片面追求私利缺乏社会责任感、口律机制的建设滞后、法律法规滞后、专职机构监管不力及社会监督体系不健全是造成名人在广告活动屮道德缺失的主要原因。为进一步规范我国名人在广告活动中的行为,本文借鉴了国外一些国家的制度。以期为促进我国经济建设、精神文明建设以及社会主义和谐社会建设添砖加瓦。关键词:名人,广告,道德问题,现状分析O
