5、ciencyandopen-circuitvoltage(Voc),whilethesolarcellsfabricatedattheonsetofthea~Si:Htomc-Si:HphasetransitionexhibitedarelativelyhighTCforandVoc.Experimentalresultsindicatedthatpc-Si:Hisapromisingmaterialfortheabsorberlayerofthesinglejunctionorthetopcelloftandemsolarcellsthatopera
