1、本科生毕业论文本科毕业论文(20届)海产品中硒元素的测定----鱿鱼中硒元素的测定I本科生毕业论文摘要许多海产品中由于硒含量较高,是补硒的良好来源,因此其中硒含量的测定已成为微量元素领域中研究的重点。本文决定对舟山海域的水产品进行分析研究,通过查阅相关文献资料,初步了解了荧光分光光度法、原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光光谱法等相关的检测方法,其中石墨炉原子吸收法是检测食品中的硒含量运用最广泛的方法,具有很高的灵敏度。但由于其最灵敏的共振线(196.1nm)位于紫外区,使背景吸收很强,基体干扰大。为了提高灵敏度和精密度,进行了许多改进,避免基体的干扰和
2、待测元素的挥发损失,其中加入基体改进剂是很好的办法。所以本次实验以镍为基体改进剂,在鱿鱼溶液样品中加入硝酸镍改善样液以提高硒的灰化温度,消除基体干扰。实验结果表明,硒的浓度和吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数达到0.9985左右,采用不同比例的两组混酸对多组鱿鱼样品进行预处理,并测定其硒元素含量为0.154μg/g,相对标准差小于10%,回收率在90%~110%之间,精密度和准确度均较好,测定方法简便、快捷。[关键词]:硒(Se);鱿鱼;石墨炉原子吸收法;含量测定I本科生毕业论文Determinationofseleniuminseaf
