1、中西结合治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折53例中西结合治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折53例    【摘要】目的 探讨中西医结合治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析1997年6月～2011年8月期间我院诊治的53例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者病历资料，手术方法采用尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨的方法显露,双钢板固定骨折,尺骨鹰嘴截骨复位后张力带固定。其中24例术后未采取中药联合治疗（单独手术治疗组），29例术后配合中药熏洗治疗（中西医结合治疗组），分析两组治疗效果。结果 中西医结合治疗组术后肘关节恢复优良率为89.66%，单独手术在组为62.50%，两组优良率对比，差异存

2、在统计学意义（P<0.05），两组患者术中及术后均未出现严重并发症，疗效差患者仅为轻度活动不适，中西医结合治疗组未出现后遗症患者，单独手术治疗组出现3例，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 经尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨是一种较好的治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术方式,具有牢固固定、并发症少等优点，术后配合中药熏洗治疗能明显提高术后优良率及减少不良反应。【关键词】肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折；中药；熏蒸With combined therapy of Chinese and western between condyle of the humerus 53 p
