1、ConcentratedInspectionCampaignMARPOL73/78,AnnexIMARPOL73/78公约附贝虹检查指南ThepurposeoftheinspectioncampaignistoverifythattheOilFilteringEquipment(OFE)systemsareinstalledonboardshipsinaccordancewithMARPOL73/78,AnnexI,regulations16and17.ThepurposeisalsotoinvestigatetheoperabilityofOFEsystems,andtofindoutwh
2、ethersludgehasbeendischargedintoportreceptionfacilities,burntinanincineratororinanauxiliaryboilersuitableforburningoilresidues,mixedwithfuelorotheralternativearrangements.该项大检查的目的是为了核实装在船上的滤油设备符合MARPOL73/78公约附则I第16条和17条的规定。同时为了查明滤油设备的可操性，确认船上产生的油渣是否排放到岸上接收设施、或经过焚烧炉焚烧、或在可以燃烧油渣和燃油混合物的副锅炉燃烧、或经过其它替代设备处
3、理。EachshipshouldbesubjecttothisCIConlyonceduringthecampaignperiod.每一船舶在检查期间(2006年2月1H至4月30H)仅需接受一次有关此C1C的检查。Thefollowingdocumentsareneededtoperformtheinspection:检查需下列文件・TheIOPPcertificateofthevessel船舶的IOPP证书-TheOilRecordBook,PartI・MachinerySpaceOperations油类记录簿Thequestionsaredealingwiththreecategori
4、es:该项大检查的题目分为3类：1.IOPPcertificate:questions1,2,3,7and8;IOPP证书：问题1,2,3,7和8；2.inspectiononboard:questions4,5,6,9and10;and船上检查：问题4,5,6,9和10；和3.OilRecordBookquestions11,12and13.油类记录簿：问题11,12和13。NOTE:Ifanyoftheitems1,2,3,4,5,6,9,10and13areansweredwithNOtheshipshouldbeconsideredfordetentioninaccordancewi
