3、elopmentofinterventionalradiology,interventionaltherapyhasgraduallydevelopedintoamethodofnonsurgicaltreatmentofmatureandeffective・Interventionaltreatmentincludinginterventionaltreatmentofinterventionaltreatmentofvascularandnonvascular・A,vascularinterventionaltreatm
4、ent(a)[arterialchemoembolization(Transcatheterarterial,chemoembolization,TACE)1,TACE:90-99%theoreticalbasisforthebloodsupplyofhepatocellularcarcinomafromhepaticartery,especiallytheencapsulatedtumoralmostcompletelybythehepaticartery.1)chemotherapy:canmakethedrugconc
5、entrationofthetreatmentsiteincreasedsignificantlyandthestudyonchemicalkineticsshowedthatthedruginjectionchemotherapyviahepaticartery,thedrugconcentrationintheliverafterintravenous2-22times,theconcentrationintheliveris100-400timesofthebody,combinedwithdrugsandplasma
6、proteinwasobviouslydecreasedthedrugconcentrationincreased1times,killingcancercellseffectincreased10〜100times,sothechemotherapycanapparentlyenhancethecurativeeffect,reducethetoxicsideeffectsofchemotherapydrugs;2)embolism:occlusionofthehepaticartery,tumortissuewillbe
