6、0摘要:脱蜡是油脂精炼工程中的重要的工艺之一,它与脱胶、脱酸、脱色、脱臭工艺密切相关,是制取高级色拉油必不可少的一道工序。目前,我国市场上的色拉油主要以经营大豆油、菜籽油等大宗油脂中不含或含蜡量极少的品种为主,而对含蜡较多的葵花籽油、米糠油、棉籽油以及玉米胚芽油等油脂则较少涉及,虽然也有述。在我国油脂脱蜡工艺中,不论是在理论上,还是在实践上都尚属于相对薄弱的环节。现结合所学知识和实践,将国内外油脂脱蜡技术以及相关新工艺内容作一阐油脂脱蜡就是通过强制冷却将液体油中所含的高熔点的蜡与高熔点的固体脂析出,再采用过滤或离
