3、oyeesofagovernmentagencyintheNetherlandscombiningmultisourceratings,weshowthattransformationalleadershipispositivelyrelatedtoinnovativebehavioronlywhenpsychologicalempowermentishigh,whereastransactionalleadershiphasanegativerelationshipwithinnovativebehavioronlyundertheseconditions・创新行为对组织的4:存越来越重婆
