6、countermeasures.Keywords:assetsecuritization;badassets;financialmarket;financing;creditenhancement摘要：“资产证券化”的理念和实践开始出现于1970年现，它是从20世纪屮后期至今国际金融市场最重要的金融壮举。直到20世纪80年代中期，资产证券化这个说法才开始在媒体和各类财经报告屮多次出现。自改革开放以来，屮国经济取得了快速的发展的同吋，一•系列的问题也开始出现，如商业银行的不良资产逐渐增多，经济发展对资木的需求越來越人与资金短缺的矛盾口益剧烈。这些问题都使在中国推行资
