3、t-effectiveoffshorewindfarms.Emphasisison“deep-sea”(+30m)includingbottom-fixedandfloatingwindturbines.Theresearchactivitiesareorganisedintosixworkpackages(WP):WP1:Developmentofintegratednumericaldesigntoolsfornoveloffshorewindenergyconcepts.WP2:Investigationofnewenergyconversionsystemsforoffshorewin

4、dturbines.WP3:Analysisofnovelsubstructures(bottom-fixedandfloaters)foroffshorewindturbines.WP4:Assessmentofgridconnectionandsystemintegrationoflargeoffshorewindfarms.WP5:Developmentofoperationandmaintenance(O&M)strategiesandtechnologies.WP6:Assessmentofnovelconceptsforoffshorewindturbinesbynumerical
