4、ochemicalmethod,usingEnVisionmethod;analyzethecorrelationoftheseproteinsbysta2ARFWAF1/CIP1tisticmethods.Results:ThepositiveexpressionofHCVcore,mutantp53,Mdm2,p14p21proteinsprima2ARFrilyliesinthenucleus;thepositiveratesofmutantp53,Mdm2,p14,proteinexpressionwererespectively40.5%,47.62%,
5、75.57%,45.24%,19.05%intheHCC,andsotherewassignificantlydifference(P<0.000)amongthefivegroupsofproteinexpression;pvaluesofcorrelationshiptestofpositiveintensitybetweenHCVcoreandmu2ARFWAF1/CIP1tantp53,HCVcoreandp14HCVcoreandp21expressionwererespectively0.000,0.000,0.43,whilethecorrelati
6、oncoefficientswererespectively0.67,0.64,-0.29;pvaluesofcorrelationshiptestofpositiveintensitybe2tweenmutantp53andMdm2,p53andp21proteinexpressionwererespectively0.000,0.174,whilethecorrelationcoefficientswererespectively0.72,-0.45.Conclusion:HCVcoreproteinprobablypromoteswildtype'stran
7、sfertomutanttypeofp53andits'expression;HCVcoreproteintogetherwithmutationp53alsoprobablypromotesexpres2ARFsionofMdm2protein,whilethecoreproteinmaybeaffecttheexpressionofp14protein;thehighabsenceofWAF1p21proteinwasverycommoninHCC,andtheHCCrelatedwithHCViscorrelatedwithp53pathwaychange,
