3、xwireropes.Itisacomplexgeometryandconstructedbywrappingwirestrandsoverastraightwirestrand.TheouterwiresoftheIWRCaredoublehelicalshapedfeaturewhichcanbeonlymodeledusingspecialtreatment.TheaimsofthispaperaretointroduceanewtechniqueofmodelingwireropewithIWRCand
4、tocomparenumericalresultsobtainedfromthismodelwithavailableresultsintheliterature.Thereforethemodelgenerationforasimplestraightstrandisexplainedandaccuracyofthismodelisvalidated.Furthermorethismodelingprocedureisadaptedtowholewireropestructureconsideringdoub
5、lehelicalgeometryconcept.Theproposedropemodelgivesremarkableresultsbymeansofwirebywireanalysisscheme.Thismodelisfoundeasierandmoreeffective.Theresultsshowgoodagreementwithotheravailableresultsbutwithasimplerandmorepracticalapproach.KeyWords-Independentwirero

7、frictionaleffectsduetothedifficultyofthetheory.Eventhegeometryofthewireropehasacomplicatednatureandtheequilibriumequationsbecomenonlinearanditisdifficulttosolvewithoutlinearizationprocessesmostly.Abasicandsimplermodelconsideredforanalyticalapplicationsisasim
