2、tember2003!Wereporttheuseofcarbonnanotubesasasensorforchemicalnerveagents.Thin-®lmtransistorsconstructedfromrandomnetworksofsingle-walledcarbonnanotubeswereusedtodetectdimethylmethylphosphonate~DMMP!,asimulantforthenerveagentsarin.Thesesensorsarereversiblean

3、dcapableofdetectingDMMPatsub-ppbconcentrationlevels,andtheyareintrinsicallyselectiveagainstinterferentsignalsfromhydrocarbonvaporsandhumidity.Weprovideadditionalchemicalspeci®citybytheuseof®lterscoatedwithchemoselectivepolymer®lms.Theseresultsindicatethatthe
