4、suchasthenexusbetweenthevalueofrealestateassetsandnationalwealth,thelandreservesystem,andtheimplicationsforlandpoliciesforthehousingmarket.Thearticlestreatedinthesecondgroupconcerninstitutions:housingallocationfromin-kindprovisiontomonetarymeasures,economicallya
5、ffordablehousing,publichousingsystem,housingsecurity,housingsubsidies,andhousingownershipreform.Theissuesexploredinthethirdgrouparerelatedtoprices:fluctuationmechanismofhousingprice,therelationbetweenhousingpriceandlandprice,properprice-to-incomeratioofhousing,a
