2、+3引物组合对39份来自不同国家的烤烟种质的亲缘关系进行分析。【结果】8对引物共产生901条谱带,其中813条呈多态性,多态性条带百分率达90%;39份材料之间的遗传相似系数在0.51~0.89,当相似系数为0.75时,可以将全部试材分为6类。【结论】8对引物能将39份烤烟种质完全分开;聚类结果表明烤烟种质具有较近的亲缘关系,供试材料间的聚类与地理来源没有相关性。关键词:烤烟;亲缘关系;AFLP分析AFLPAnalysisofGeneticRelationshipof39Flue-CuredTobaccoCulti
