2、为重要。用户可通过电子阅览室在因特网上漫游，用户还可以直接或借助各种各样的搜索引擎，访问这些站点，来获得所需要的各类信息。本系统结合本校的实际情况，经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的MicrosoftVisualStudio2005作为开发工具和MicrosoftSQLServer2005作为数据库，采用C/S模式而开发出来的电子阅览室收费与管理系统。本电子阅览室收费与管理系统具有如下功能：系统管理、客户端应用程序、软件注册、帮助信息等。系统管理又包括卡号管理、计算机管理、充值统计、消费统计、密码修改、系统设置、退出
