2、息的传递和处理，这种交易方式有利于提高工作效率，建立公平、公开、公正的招标体系，促进招标行业的健康高速发展。为规范工程交易市场秩序起到了积极作用，具有一定的经济效益和较大的社会效益。本文分析了用户对网上招标系统的实际需求，针对用户所需的方便性、快捷性、公平公开公正性、安全性等因素，设计了基于ASP.NET+SQLServer网上招标系统，并实现了系统的各个功能模块。主要包括：用户模块、发布模块和管理模块。用户模块主要包括用户注册、登陆、退出、个人信息维护。发布模块主要包括发布信息、查看结果和对招标结果的确认等功能，并能查看其它用户发布的招标信息。管理模
