4、oglobulinsuper-Na+,K+-ATPaseappearedinthemicrovilli.Despiteitsfamilyofreceptorproteins.Thecytoskeletonwasmarkedsegregationfroma-spectrin,theNa+,K+-ATPasebytwoofitsconstituents,a-spectrinandankyrin.appearedtoassociatewithamacromolecularcomplex,asAnkyrinlinkstheNa+,K+-AT

5、PasetospectrininmanyjudgedbyextractionwithTritonX-100.Changesincells.TheRPEisofinterest,becauseunlikemostspectrindistributioncouldnotberelatedtochangesinepitheliaitdistributestheNa+,K+-ATPasetotheapicalisoformexpression,asonlyoneisoformofb-spectrinwasmembrane.Thedevelo

6、pmentofpolaritywasstudieddetectedbyco-immunoprecipitationwitha-spectrin.Byduringchickembryogenesis.Onembryonicday6(E6),contrast,multipleankyrin-likepeptidescouldbeidenti-eachoftheseproteinswasobservedintheapicalandfiedbyimmunoblotting.Thesedataillustratesomeofthelateral
