1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文针刺四关穴对局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠纹状体Na+--K+--ATPase及Ca2+--ATPase的影响姓名:孙涛申请学位级别:硕士专业:针灸推拿学指导教师:李永峰201204中文摘要1IIIilllIIIIIIIUI\2109835目的:观察针刺四关穴对局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠Na+-K+-ATPase及Ca2+-ATPase的影响,探讨针灸治疗脑缺血疾病的作用机制,为针刺治疗脑血管病提供理论及实验依据。方法:取32只SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、尼奠地平组、针刺治疗组,除空白组外,其余动物按Zea-longa等方法进行大脑中动脉阻塞法(MCAO
