5、rizationofobtainedhumicacids.Theirbiologicaleffect,informofpotassiumandammoniumhumates,wastestedonmaize(Zeamays)seedlings.Inthesetests,potassiumhumatesachievedfarbetterKeywords:overallresultsthanammoniumhumates.Resultswereinter-correlatedinordertoappraisetheinfluenceofLignitehumicacidsOxidat
6、ionhumicacidsphysicalandchemicalpropertiesonbiologicalactivity.Surprisingly,fractionswiththelowestModificationmolecularsize(0–35kDa)showednocorrelationwithbioactivityresults(Pearsoncoefficientfrom0.05toBiologicalactivity0.4).Onthecontrary,middle-sizedfractions(35–175kDa)showedhighlysignifican
7、tpositivecorrelationAceticacid(Pearsoncoefficientupto0.92)andthehighestmolecular-size-fractions(275–350kDa)showednegativeCitricacidcorrelation(Pearsoncoefficientupto0.75).Thesefindingswereidenticalforbothpotassiumandammoniumhumates.Noconnectionwasfoundbetw
