2、yzingcertainreactants,calledsubstrates,whilediscriminatingagainstothermolecules.Thischapterpresentsthebasicmathematicaltreatmentofenzymekineticsanddiscussesthetopicsofenzymeinhibition,allosterism,andthee¤ectofpHonenzymekinetics.10.1GeneralPrinciplesofCatalysisAcatalystisasubstanc
