Co-opAdvertisingPolicy®FLUIDTREATMENT,INC.SolutionsforeconomicalcleanwaterTM®FLUIDTREATMENT,INC.SolutionsforeconomicalcleanwaterTMCo-opAdvertisingPolicyKDFFluidTreatment,Inc.("KDF")offerstothenetinvoicevalueofallKDFmediashippedprovide

2、financialassistance,intheformoftoacustomerbetweenMay1andthefollow-creditsissuedonacustomer'saccount,foringApril30andwillbeavailableforlocalsalessalespromotionsperformedbyitscustomerspromotionsduringthefollowingyearprovidedunderthefollowingtermsandcon

3、ditions:suchpromotionsareapprovedinadvancebyKDF.Theamountoftheallowancewillbe1.Priorwrittenapprovaldeterminedonthefollowingbasis:2%ofthenetinvoicevalueofallKDFmediaPriorwrittenapprovalisrequiredbeforetheshippedtocustomer,providedthecustomerpromotiona

4、ndKDFwillbethesolejudgeashaspaidallinvoices.tothesuitabilityofanypromotiontoqualifyforassistance.KDFwillattempttoconfirmThemaximumamountofKDF'sparticipationrequestsforpre-approvalwithin3to5undertheCo-opAdvertisingPolicyislimitedtobusinessdays.twenty-

5、five(25%)ofthecostofthepromotion.AnycustomerseekingtoreceiveassistanceInmulti-productpromotions,KDF'sparticipa-forapromotionmustsubmitaproposaltionwillbelimitedtotheportionofthepromo-containingacompletedescriptionofthetionfeaturingKDFprocessmedia.pro
