4、eyresearchdesignandusedquestionnairestocollectbothqualitativeandquantitativedata.Thestudyaffirmedthetheoryofgrowthstrategiesbyindicatingthroughitsfindingsthatenterprisesmovethroughdistinguishablestagesofgrowthandthateachstagecontainsarelativelycalmperiodofgrowththatendswitham
5、anagementcrisis.ThefindingsofthestudyclearlydemonstrationthatSMEsinKenyahaverealizedrelativegrowthwitheachstageofgrowthcharacterizedwithmyriadmanagementchallenges.Themajorgrowthstrategytheenterprisesadoptedisproductdevelopmentstrategy,buttoamoderateextentthroughidentification
